Hormones found in poultry, meat, and dairy products make the body store fat. This is why, organic produce is the rage in Hollywood. Celebs stay away from packaged and processed meats and canned foods, which are loaded with sodium and preservatives. While there is no evidence that organic produce aids weight loss, it is part of a healthy diet. If you want to achieve that flat post-pregnancy tummy the Hollywood way, go organic!
