Is exercise beneficial? Well I don’t think this question needs an answer but if you are still not convinced take a look at the infograph bellow. It shows all the benefits your body and brain gets from exercises. First and in my opinion very important is the reducing of stress and anxiety. Stress leads to all kinds of diseases and by exercising 30 minutes a day people greatly reduce their stress levels. So get out of the couch get your running shoes and start exercising. It’s all good.
